Originally from Binche and Soignies respectively, it is in Sainte-Ode that Sébastien and France-Lise finally decided to settle down. After years in the banking sector, it is his love for sharing, conviviality and pleasure that pushes Sébastien to change career. That's when the idea of opening his own brewery was born. He starts in the kitchen, he learns, he tries experiments, he tastes, repeats or invents recipes. Of course, France-Lise is there, she watches him, helps him and encourages him. The two Hainuyer partygoers then decide to take the plunge and open in 2014 with their first craft beer called BR.
